Hospitable has launched Split Payouts, which divides booking revenue between property managers and owners automatically at check-in, and says it is the first property management system to do this natively.
Guesty has completed its acquisition of Smily, the French PMS formerly known as BookingSync. Terms were not disclosed, and Smily's five founders are rolling part of their proceeds into Guesty equity.
