OwnerRez connects TripSkip, a listing site that charges a flat fee and takes no commission

OwnerRez has added TripSkip to its list of connected channels, and the pitch is simple: no percentage of each booking.
TripSkip is a listing site for hosts who want to be found without paying commission. Travellers search properties on TripSkip, then click through and book on the host's own booking page. TripSkip does not process payments and does not take a cut of the reservation, so the booking, the money and the guest relationship all stay with the host.
The integration lets hosts publish the listings they already manage in OwnerRez onto TripSkip, rather than maintaining a second set of property content by hand. OwnerRez points to a support article for the setup steps and to TripSkip's host sign-up page.
What it costs
TripSkip charges a flat annual membership instead of commission.
Founders is $49 a year with unlimited active listings, and the rate stays locked for as long as the subscription runs. It is capped at the first 5,000 host accounts. Growth is $199 a year for up to 50 active listings. Pro is $399 a year for up to 99. Enterprise is custom priced for 100 listings and above, with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager and white-label options.
Every plan includes direct booking redirects, an analytics dashboard, custom short URLs and email support. There is no guest service fee.
The honest read
This is a referral directory, not a booking channel, and the difference matters. Because TripSkip hands the guest to your own checkout rather than confirming the reservation itself, there is no inventory sync to go wrong and no commission to pay. There is also no booking guarantee. What you get is traffic, and the value of that traffic depends entirely on how many people use TripSkip, which is not something the announcement quantifies.
The annual fee is paid up front whether or not a booking arrives. At $49 for unlimited listings the downside is small enough that most hosts will try it on curiosity alone. At $399 for a portfolio under 100 properties the maths needs TripSkip to actually send people, and nobody can tell you yet whether it will.
The Founders tier is the part that forces a decision. The rate locks only while the subscription stays active, and only for the first 5,000 accounts, so waiting to see whether the site gains traction means paying the higher price later.
Where this sits
OwnerRez has been connecting new channels and tools at pace. Google Hotels went into public beta at the end of September, Inhaven Stay landed in September, and Localbird and HostIQ both arrived earlier this month. TripSkip is the latest, and the pattern is consistent: OwnerRez keeps adding places to be found while leaving the payment and the guest record on the host's side.
If you already run a direct booking page through OwnerRez, this is one more front door to it for the price of a cheap annual subscription. Treat it as an experiment with a known cost, and check your analytics after a season rather than assuming the listing is working.
