Booking Experts adds Valoma as a booking channel and Recras for activity reservations

Booking Experts shipped two integrations in consecutive weekly releases. Both are the kind of change that shows up in your revenue mix rather than your screen layout.
This covers the releases dated 15 and 22 September 2026.
Valoma, a new channel for Benelux parks
The 22 September release adds Valoma, a booking platform for holiday parks in the Benelux, as an OTA integration. For Dutch and Belgian park operators, a new regional channel is a straightforward proposition: more distribution in the market you actually sell to, managed from the system you already run.
What the release does not say is what Valoma charges, how large its audience is, or whether rate and availability sync both ways with the same reliability as the established channels. A channel is only as good as its sync, and a new connector is worth a fortnight of watching your availability before you trust it over a busy weekend.
Recras for activities
The 15 September release adds Recras, which handles reservations for activities and experiences. Parks that sell bike hire, climbing, escape rooms or group activities have generally run that on a separate system, with the awkward result that the guest books a lodge in one place and a kayak in another, and the park reconciles the two by hand.
Connecting the two is the more interesting of the two integrations, because it changes what a park can sell rather than only where it sells it. Whether it changes anything in practice depends on how far the connection goes: does an activity booking reach the guest's invoice, does availability respect staffing, and can front desk staff book an activity without leaving the PMS. The release does not spell that out.
Everything else in those two weeks
The rest of the two releases is housekeeping, and useful housekeeping at that. Deleted booking logs now show which channel created the booking and when, which makes a disputed cancellation traceable. Invoice search matches item descriptions as well as invoice numbers. Owner invoice filters survive batch processing. Payment exports carry full creation timestamps, which helps reconciliation. An amenities column was added to the objects index, and cluster pages got better navigation.
CloudPass now creates vehicle access for owners automatically, which for a gated park removes a small recurring job from somebody's week.
BigQuery now syncs special periods, so parks doing their own analysis can finally see seasonal pricing periods in the warehouse rather than reconstructing them.
What to do with this
If you run a Benelux park on Booking Experts and sell activities, the Recras connection is worth a call this week. Ask what fields it passes, whether activity revenue lands on the same invoice as the stay, and what happens to an activity booking when the underlying reservation is moved or cancelled.
Booking Experts publishes these as weekly digests rather than per-feature announcements, so it does not state plan availability or whether any of this costs extra. Assume nothing on that front and ask.
