Hospitable adds Booking.com's 20% launch discount, and SMS reminders before a request to book expires

Hospitable's 16 October release is mostly channel work, and two items in it will matter to anyone launching new listings or running Booking.com requests to book.
A 20% discount on new Booking.com listings
Hospitable can now switch on Booking.com's New Property Deal from the Discounts page. It gives guests 20% off a new listing, applies to all rooms and rates, and ends automatically after the first three bookings or after 90 days, whichever comes first.
Eligibility is narrow and worth checking before you count on it. The listing has to have been live on Booking.com for less than 12 months and have no reservations yet. Where a listing qualifies and the deal is not already running, Hospitable will prompt you.
This is the kind of channel promotion that previously meant going into the extranet. It is the same pattern as Airbnb's new listing promotion, which several PMSes now expose directly. The deeper point is that a new listing with no reviews and no booking history is close to invisible, and a launch discount is one of the few levers that moves it.
The cost is straightforward. You are buying your first three bookings at a fifth off. For a listing that would have sat empty, that is usually worth it. For one in a market with real demand, it may be money left on the table, and nothing in the toggle makes that judgement for you.
Reminders before a request to book expires
Hospitable will now email and text you before a pending Booking.com request to book runs out. The email goes 6 hours before expiry by default, the SMS 4 hours before.
Two details show someone thought about this. The reminders carry the stay amount and a direct link to the inbox, so you can accept or decline without hunting for the reservation. And they are held to between 9am and 9pm in the property's local time, so a request expiring overnight does not wake you, and the message tells you how much time is actually left rather than how much it had when it arrived.
An expired request to book is a lost booking that never shows up in any report as a loss. This closes a quiet leak.
Airbnb cohost payouts and view sync
Setting up an Airbnb cohost payout arrangement now comes with guided assistance. When Hospitable detects cohosts on a listing it prompts you, and it can import your existing Airbnb cohost payout settings and apply them to the owner's management agreement rather than making you re-enter them. Hospitable shipped cohost payout handling in owner statements at the end of September, so this is the setup half of that work.
Property views now sync with Airbnb as well as Booking.com and Vrbo. Hospitable supports all 20 Airbnb view types and maps each to the closest match on other channels where one exists. Opening property details pulls your Airbnb views in, merges them with views from other connected platforms, and pushes anything missing back out.
That last bit is more useful than it sounds. View type feeds into search filters on most channels, and a listing with the view filled in on one channel and blank on another is quietly losing impressions on the second.
The rest
Owner management agreements can now carry different commission rates by length of stay, applied automatically from the night count on the reservation. Adding a bank account for payouts now asks whether it is yours or an owner's, and an owner's account is set up by the owner through a secure emailed link into the Owner Portal, appearing in payout settings only once they finish.
Task photos can be downloaded with the original image preserved and key details stamped onto it, which is aimed at damage reports and insurance claims.
No plan tiers or regional limits are mentioned for any of it. The Booking.com and Airbnb items depend on your connection to those channels rather than on your Hospitable plan.
