Booking Experts adds campervan and glamping channels, plus bookable park maps

Booking Experts published its September app store recap on 5 October, and three of the additions are new to park operators who have been following along on PMS News.
Two are distribution. One changes where a guest can book from.
Goboony and Glampingtips.nl, via Qenner
Both arrive through Qenner, the channel manager Booking Experts connects to for the Benelux market, rather than as direct integrations.
Goboony is an OTA for campervan travel. For a holiday park with pitches, that is a demand source aimed squarely at the inventory most general OTAs handle badly.
Glampingtips.nl works as an affiliate rather than a booking channel in the usual sense, pointing guests at unique accommodation and luxury glamping. Useful if your park has safari tents or lodges that get lost in a list of chalets.
Neither is large. Both are narrow by design, and that is the point: a park with ten glamping units does not need another broad OTA, it needs the two sites where people search for glamping specifically.
The Qenner dependency is worth noting. These connections run through a third party, so your rate and availability accuracy on them depends on that chain holding up, not just on Booking Experts.
CampMap
CampMap is the more interesting one operationally. It builds a digital map of the park, and the Booking Experts integration lets a guest pick an available spot on that interactive map and go straight to the Booking Experts checkout.
This matters for pitches and for parks where location on site is the product. A guest choosing between pitch 112 and pitch 140 is making a decision no accommodation-type dropdown can represent. Putting the map in front of them and wiring the available ones to checkout removes a phone call and the follow-up email with a PDF site plan attached.
CampMap is available globally, not only in the Benelux, and Booking Experts describes it as a full service platform with support for keeping the map updated. It also turned up again in the week 40 digest on 6 October as a new app store listing.
The rest of the month
Three other September additions were covered here as they landed. Valoma, the Benelux platform for holiday homes, chalets and lodges, and Recras for activity and package reservations were both reported on 22 September. The DATEV Connector for German accounting followed on 29 September.
Two smaller items in the recap are worth a note if they apply to you.
Owners with active agreements and registered licence plates now get vehicle access in CloudPass automatically, with access duration maintained for open-ended agreements. And personalised CAT access cards can now be generated for each person on a reservation guest list, pulling names, birth dates and stay dates from the booking.
Booking Experts also now syncs special periods and their date ranges to BigQuery, so parks running their own warehouse can analyse holiday weekends and event trends alongside standard reservation data rather than reconstructing the periods by hand.
What to do with it
If you run a Benelux park with glamping or campervan inventory, the two Qenner channels are a cheap test: narrow audience, low risk of cannibalising your direct bookings.
CampMap is a bigger decision. It is a paid third-party platform and it changes your booking flow, so it earns a proper look at conversion rather than a quick switch-on. Parks where guests regularly ask which pitch they are getting are the ones most likely to see it pay.
